March 25, 2021 marks the 200th Anniversary of the beginning of the Greek Revolution. Many of us have lived in Canada for most of our lives and even more of us were born in Canada but have Greek roots through our parents or grandparents. However, the Greek fire that burns inside of us has remained strong and we continue to celebrate the rich history of Greece.
